Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using SalesChat (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, organization, or employer, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Platform Description & Service Scope

SalesChat is a SaaS platform designed for sales representatives, managers, and revenue teams to practice live objection handling and sales negotiation against simulated AI buyer personas. Features include interactive roleplay dialogues, automated Jev decision engine win/loss scoring, personalized coaching recommendations, and organization team oversight analytics.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or infringing content into simulation chat inputs.
• Execute prompt injection, jailbreaking, or adversarial attempts designed to compromise underlying AI inference safety guardrails.
• Circumvent, defeat, or manipulate workspace plan quotas, rate limits, or database security policies.
• Crawl, scrape, extract, or reverse-engineer proprietary prompt architectures, scoring rubrics, or platform endpoints.
• Resell, sublicense, or rent access to SalesChat without prior written authorization.

4. Subscriptions, Workspaces & Quota Resets

SalesChat provides subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, and Scale). Each plan grants a predetermined monthly practice simulation quota and team seat capacity:

• Quota Resets: Simulation quotas reset automatically on the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. Unused monthly simulation credits do not roll over to subsequent months.
• Seat Allocations: Workspace seats include active members and pending member invitations. Creating additional workspaces to circumvent free-tier limitations is strictly prohibited.
• Plan Upgrades: Upgrades take effect immediately upon execution or billing confirmation.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SALESCHAT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS REPUTATION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR DEPENDENCE ON AI-GENERATED EVALUATIONS.
